TERMS AND CONDITIONS
WHEN WILL THE BABY UNIT BE OPEN AND HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?
We are open from Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm and for 52 weeks per annum.
We can offer flexible session times to suit your needs. We close only for Public Holidays, which we do not charge you

REGISTRATION FEE AND DEPOSIT
A registration fee of £30.00 is payable upon completion of a booking form. If for any reason you withdraw your registration, this fee is not refundable.
A deposit of £200 or 4 weeks fees (whichever is the lower) will be required for all bookings taken and is payable
4 weeks prior to commencement at the Nursery. This deposit will be refunded against your final bill, when leaving the
nursery provided that 4 weeks notice has been provided, in writing.
WHAT IF MY CHILD IS ILL?
Unfortunately, days in lieu cannot be arranged as places will have been allocated to other children.
In order that we may cover our on-going costs during holidays and absences, we will continue to charge you our full fee rate during these periods. We will not charge you for Bank Holidays.
CANCELLATION OF PLACEMENT
We require a minimum of 4 weeks notice to cancel a confirmed booking. If you cancel your child's place, giving less than 4 weeks notice, we maintain the right to charge you fees equivalent to the difference between the notice period provided and our required period of 4 weeks.
WHAT IF I HAVE A COMPLAINT?
We operate a formal complaints procedure, copies of which can be obtained from our officer in charge.
